What Is the Animus?
In Jungian psychology, the Animus is a woman’s inner masculine energy. At its best, it is a force of clarity, focus, assertiveness, discernment, and creative action. But when left unconscious or wounded, the Animus becomes distorted. It shows up as:

My Journey to This Work
I didn’t come to this path through theory—I lived it.
Born with intuitive gifts in a culture that didn’t honor them, I climbed the ladder of corporate success, becoming a CEO by my early 30s. But no title, no number, no external reward could silence the voice within that told me: There is more.
That voice—quiet, sacred, undeniable—led me through my own process of awakening. From business to energy healing. From mind to spirit. From strategy to soul.
Today, I use everything I’ve lived and learned to guide women who are ready to stop performing and start transforming.
